Scope
We have been asked to create 4 separate mobile app for individuals, businesses, educational institutions
and NGOs.
Main purpose of these apps are to initiate and manage blood drives, volunteering events and Fundraising campaigns...
UX Audit
of Existing App
We have started with a UX audit of their existing app and defined the main pain points.
New Product Enhancements
Event Day Experience
Push Notification on the previous day and an hour before the event
Way to check-in and check out to calculate the exact hours spent on volunteering.
Improved communication with an option for group and individual messaging.
Post Volunteering...
Total hours spent would be added to the profile. This would be calculated based on check-in and check out time. If a participant forgets to checkout on time, the organizer can correct the time added.
Option to rate the organizer, the organizer has an option to give awards, endorse skills, and provide feedback to encourage participants
Follow participants and the events listed by them.
Final
Outcome...
The new app was released with plenty of critical enhancements...
